Functions:

Drying: Gently removes moisture from foods like fruits, herbs, or baked goods at a controlled temperature (default 85°C); default time 30 min, maximum 99 min.

Cooling: Press the cooling button with the door open; the fan circulates air to safely cool the oven chamber.
