Steps for Cash Customers

1. Send us the bank slip copy.
2. Include the contact details of the customer or the person who will accept the goods.
3. If delivering to a dhoni, provide the boat crew's contact details.
4. Include packing instructions or other info to help us ship the products quickly.
5. Once we receive the above, we will generate an invoice and send you a copy or provide the invoice number.

Note:

• Although we confirm product availability, we do not have a system to keep goods on hold. We request you to expedite the money transfer after confirmation.
• In any case that we are unable to ship the goods, a full refund will be processed within 2–5 days.
