FOR ONLINE purchases of PRE-ORDER items, you can either pay by card or visit Asters to pay in cash to confirm the order.

The PRE-ORDER PRICE is only valid until the product arrives to the Asters shop.

The products arrive latest at the given ETA DATE (=Estimated Date of Arrival). As soon as the product has arrived, you will be contacted by Asters to come to our Showroom to check the product. If you like it, it will be delivered to you within a few days. In case you don’t like the product for any reason, you receive a 100% refund. If the payment was made in cash, you receive your refund on spot in cash. If you have paid by card through BML payment gateway, the full amount will be reimbursed to your account through BML which usually takes 3-5 working days.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER:

• Limited stock - goods are sold on a "first come first serve basis".
• The DISCOUNT will not be available once the goods have arrived to the shop.
• Fabrics and product details are available at the Asters showroom.
• If item does not arrive on time, customers can get an immediate refund.
• In case the customer doesn't like the product for any reason, Asters refunds the full amount that has been paid without discussions (If item was paid in cash, refund will be given on spot in cash. If item was paid by card through BML payment gateway, refund is processed through account transaction which can take 3-5 working days).
